Konzeption, Organisation und Realisierung des Ausstellungsprojektes «artscoutone - Zeitgenössische Kunst im Stadtraum von der Industriestraße bis zum Schloss», eine umfassende Überblicksausstellung mit ortsspezifischen Werken und Raum-Installationen von 100 Künstlern der Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar an 17 ausgewählten Standorten in der Innenstadt Mannheim 2009-2010.
Seit 2008 Konzeption und von 2009-2013 Realisierung verschiedener «Art Labs» d.h. Labore der Gegenwartskunst, wie z.B. «artlabheidelberg», «artlabmannheim», «artlabberlin». Aufbau des «artlabheidelberg»auf dem Gelände der Alten Tabakfabrik P. J. Landfried in Heidelberg und des «artlabmannheim»in den Räumen der Alten Schnapsbrennerei in F 2, 4a Mannheim. In der Folge Kurator und Managing Direktor dieser Kunst-Plattformen zur Förderung von Kreativität und jungen Künstlern. «artlabberlin» wurde im September 2013 eröffnet.
2009-2012 Gründung, Kurator und Geschäftsführer der Swiss Art Institution in der Forsthaus Villa Karlsruhe. In dieser Zeit Konzeption und Realisierung zahlreicher Ausstellungen und Publikationen. Erste Ausstellung: "Curator's Choice", Swiss Art Institution, Forsthaus Villa, Karlsruhe 2009.
Programmatische Neukonzeption für die "Temporäre Kunsthalle Berlin", Ausstellungszyklus September 2009 - Dezember 2010 im Rahmen einer Kooperation mit der "Stiftung Zukunft Berlin" 2009.

Gründung der Culture Group "Swiss Art Council" Zürich zur konzeptionellen und organisatorischen Vorbereitung eines Museumsmodells des 21. Jahrhunderts. Die inhaltliche Struktur des "Museums der Zukunft" orientiert sich an den Gegebenheiten einer wachsenden Globalisierung und überwindet die veraltete Struktur von Museen, die sich als Archive verstehen und die "Rekonstruktion von Geschichte" mit einer chronologischen Ordnung verfolgen. In der nahen Zukunft werden wir ein Museumsmodell etablieren, das traditionelle Kunstwerke aus verschiedenen Epochen und Kulturen auf der Basis einer raum- und zeitübergreifenden "Cross-Over-Struktur" mit ausgewählten Werken und Werkgruppen der unmittelbaren Gegenwart zu ganzheitlichen, dialogischen Konstellationen verbindet, um das Wesen der Kunstwerke an sich, ihre ästhetische Präsenz, ihre 'Aura' und ihren kulturellen Wert bei einer Gegenüberstellung mit inhaltlich vergleichbaren Werken erfahrbar werden zu lassen. Aufgrund dieses Konzeptes werden Werke aus vielen Museen und Sammlungen der Welt jeweils temporär zu einem 'Musée imaginaire' versammelt. Der zentrale Gedanke des "Museums der Zukunft" besteht somit darin, den Begriff der Gegenwart durch eine permanente Aktualisierung von ästhetischen Positionen aus Vergangenheit und Gegenwart im jeweiligen 'Jetzt' zu thematisieren.
Aufbau von Organisationen zur Entwicklung humanitärer Projekte mit dem Ziel der Förderung von existentiell, pädagogisch und kulturell benachteiligten Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen aus aller Welt.
Erarbeitung von zukunftsorientierten Konzepten und Projekten zur Erhaltung der Natur sowie für die Bereiche Kreativität, Bildung, Forschung, Ernährung, Agrarwirtschaft, Energie, Medizin, Technologie, Verkehr, Stadt der Zukunft und Demokratie.

Foundation of the culture group "Swiss Art Council" Zurich for the conceptual and organizational preparation of a museum model for the 21st century. The structure of the content of the "Museum of the Future" is based on the conditions of growing globalization and overcomes the outdated structure of museums, which see themselves as archives and pursue the "reconstruction of history" with a chronological order. In the near future we will establish a museum model that combines traditional works of art from different epochs and cultures on the basis of a space and time-spanning "cross-over structure" with selected works and work groups of the immediate present to form holistic, dialogical constellations in order to experience the essence of the artworks themselves, their aesthetic presence, their 'aura' and their cultural value in a comparison with works of comparable content.
